In Loving Memory of Bob

Welcome to Ali's Place! Please feel free to wander around. I have included pictures of my crafts, recipes, my favorite links, etc. Come by often and please sign the Guestbook on your way out. My name is Cindy, but Ali to most of my online friends. My husband Bob and I live in a suburb of Vancouver, B.C., Canada. Each of us has a daughter from a previous marriage. His daughter Autumn, is in high school, and my daughter Nicole, works full time.

Bob is the owner/operator of an 18 wheeler truck and contracts out to Food Warehousing Distributors, locally. His other hobby, after his truck, is his collection of music CD's. I have a home based crafting business called Wood 'N' Wonders. Wood 'N' Wonders is about two years old. I started out mainly doing Tole and Clay Pot Painting, but have since spread out to involve many different types of crafts. Bob helps out with the cutting, etc., of some of my projects, when time is tight and I have alot on the go. I make my items and sell them at craft fairs (some juried), etc., and make special items as ordered, and as gifts. I also have made many friends online and have been lucky enough to exchange items, patterns from all over the USA and Canada.

To round out our family, we have a cat, Squirt; and our "baby" Ali, who is a Yorky-Poo (yorkshire terrier and miniature poodle). Squirt is an inside cat. Ali travels with us most every place we go. She loves to accompany us whether it be by foot or truck and is a real trooper, rain or shine!
